4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Allows limited access to features and visibility for your business listing, deals, or classifieds.
• Paid Plan: Offers enhanced features, higher visibility, and additional services. The details of our paid plans and pricing are outlined on our "Advertise, Pricing" page.

5. Annual Subscription Commitment

Our paid plans require an annual subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you commit to an annual contract. Payments are due upfront, and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

6. Cancel Anytime

While your subscription is for an annual term, you can cancel at any time under some circumstances. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription after payment is made.

7. User Conduct

When subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the specified fees. Payments for the annual subscription are processed upfront. You will be billed at the start of your subscription and at the start of each subsequent year unless canceled according to our cancellation policy, using Paypal or Stripe.

10. No Refund Policy

Creteluxe.com maintains a strict no refund policy. Once payment has been processed, there are no refunds, even if you cancel before the subscription period ends. You will continue to have access to the paid features of your plan until the end of the billing cycle.
